Pastor Michael Head began serving Indian Hills Baptist Church in December 2006. Before that he was Associate Pastor for 12 years at Cedar Heights Baptist Church, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Pastor Michael has been married to Jan for 16 years. Together they have four wonderful children.
Pastor Michael has a Bachelor of Music from the University of Central Arkansas (1997), a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (2002), and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry with an emphasis in Historical Theology from Reformed Theological Seminary. Most recently he taught a course on preaching for the Southwest Baptist Association School of Theology, a C.L.D. campus of Golden Gate Theological Seminary.
Pastor Michael is passionate about enjoying God's glory in his family, in the matchless beauty of New Mexico, and in the Bible.
